Cancellation Policy

Please do your best not to miss your initial free consultation, as I am making space for you in my busy schedule. If you must reschedule, kindly email me requesting a new time.

Cancellation of prepaid appointments will be permitted, but there will be only one opportunity to reschedule each appointment at no charge. There are no refunds for appointments that you miss twice. In the event of illness, injury, or similar tragedies, I will put your appointments on hold until you are ready to resume our sessions, and you will have full credit with me for future appointment/s.

Suppose I have to cancel an appointment due to an emergency, health issue, or other accidental conflict in scheduling. In that case, I will allow you to set the most convenient time that works for both of us, plus issue you a $50 credit memo towards a future appointment.

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full when booking your appointment and must be received before your appointment.
